This policy explains how we deliver your Gâteaux d’Amour order.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within a 5 km radius of Purva Zenium, Hosahalli, Bengaluru. We’re expanding gradually — if you’re outside our current area, get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Delivery timing

• All bakes are made fresh to order. Please place standard orders at least 1–2 days in advance, and custom orders 3–5 days ahead.
• You’ll choose your preferred delivery date at the time of ordering. We’ll confirm a delivery window closer to the day.

Delivery charges

Charges depend on your location within the city and are confirmed at the time of order. Self-pickup can be arranged for many orders on request.

Receiving your order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and time. As our products are perishable and made to order, we’re unable to redeliver failed deliveries due to unavailability.
